OMG! I feel very sorry for this woman. She is doing this best that she can to provide for her family. I really respect Tammy, because she is willing work hard to provide for her family instead of taking government assistance.
However, I feel even sorrier for son because he doesn't value the hard work that his mother is doing to provide a life for him. He only sees the difference between his lifestyle and his friend's lifestyle.

I agree! I felt so sad for Tammy, not only did she have a rough life, but her son did not appreciate anything that she did for him. I know that it is tough to be a teenager and want to fit in and be cool, but I can't imagine ever being so ungrateful for my family.
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way -- bad for Tammy, but even worse for her son. I do, in some way, wish she would accept any help she can get. Is that bad? I think she has a lot of pride and her son does not appreciate her hard work. I cannot imagine walking miles to work -- I complain about walking 6 blocks to work!
